General Terms & Conditions: 12 Days of Christmas

1. The Promoter (That’s Us!)

• The Promoter of this “12 Days of Christmas” giveaway is Sign Right HR (the “Promoter”), based in Wales and providing services in person in North Wales and remotely across Wales and England.

2. Eligibility (Who Can Enter)

• Entry is open only to residents of England and Wales who are aged 18 years or over.

• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. The Campaign Period

• The promotion runs for 12 consecutive days, beginning on Saturday, December 13, 2025 and ending with the last draw on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. Each daily draw will open when the daily post is published and will close at 11:59 PM GMT on the same day, unless otherwise specified in the daily post.

4. How to Enter

• For Facebook Entries: To be eligible for the daily draw, entrants must Comment on the daily giveaway post with the answer to the question provided in the post.
• For Instagram Entries: To be eligible for the daily draw, entrants must Comment on the daily giveaway post with the answer to the question provided in the post.
• For X (formerly Twitter) Entries: To be eligible for the daily draw, entrants must Reply to the daily giveaway post with the answer to the question provided in the post.

• Only one entry per person, per day, per platform is permitted. For example, an entrant may enter once on Instagram and once on LinkedIn on the same day.

• All entries must be submitted directly by the person entering the promotion.

5. The Prizes (What You Could Win)

• Each daily prize is an HR product or service as described in the Daily Specific Rules.

• Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered (you can’t swap a service for cash).

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.

• The prizes are provided as described and are subject to availability and the Promoter’s standard service terms. All prize services and products must be redeemed within three calendar months of the winner’s notification date.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner for each daily draw will be selected at random within 24 hours of the day’s closing time.

• The draw will be conducted using a verifiable, fair random selection process. All eligible entries will be collated into a spreadsheet, assigned a unique sequential number, and the winner will be determined by generating a single random number using RANDOM.ORG.

• The winner will be notified via Direct Message on the social media platform they used to enter.

• If the winner does not respond to the notification within 48 hours, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

• A person or company may only win one prize throughout the entire “12 Days of Christmas” Giveaway. If an entrant wins a prize, they will be excluded from any subsequent daily draws, even if they continue to enter. If the Promoter later discovers that a person or company has attempted to circumvent these rules and wins an additional prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the most recent prize.

7. Data Protection & Publicity

• Your personal data (social media username only) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion. We will not use it for marketing unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

• For audit and compliance purposes, including the resolution of any potential disputes, all records relating to the draw (including the list of eligible usernames and evidence of the selection process) will be securely retained for six calendar months following the promotion’s closing date (December 24, 2025), after which the personal data will be permanently deleted.

• By entering, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter to announce their username/name publicly on social media to confirm the successful completion of the draw. The winner agrees that no additional payment will be due for the use of their name or username for this promotional purpose.

8. The Small Print (Legal Stuff)

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. You are providing your information to Sign Right HR and not to any social media platform.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the relationship and withdraw any prize awarded if there is any abusive or inappropriate behaviour directed towards any Sign Right HR staff member.
