Full terms and conditions
1. Offer Summary and Eligibility
This Black Friday Promotion is strictly available to new clients only (individuals or businesses that have not previously engaged with us for paid HR services or consultancy). Clients may choose one or both of the following discounts. Both offers include eligibility for a 10% discount on subsequent services, but this 10% discount is only applied once per new client.Offer A: £75 Consultation: A one-hour HR consultation session for a fixed price of £75 (inc. VAT/tax, if applicable). Offer B: Custom Documentation: 15% off the standard price for custom HR documentation, which includes staff handbooks, management manuals, and workplace policies.
2. Purchase and Deadlines
(Offer A and/or Offer B): Must be paid in full and booked/commissioned no later than Thursday, December 5th, 2025 at 5:00 PM GMT.Consultation Deadline
(Offer A): The one-hour consultation session must be attended no later than Friday, January 9th, 2026.
(Offer B): Delivery timelines for the Custom Documentation will be mutually agreed upon following receipt of payment and relevant client information.
3. Scope of Service
(Offer A Consultation Only) Consultation Scope: The £75 session is purely for consultation and advice regarding strategy, options, legal guidance, and general HR process queries.
Exclusion: The session will not be used for direct communication with client employees, including managing formal processes like grievances, disciplinary hearings, or redundancy consultations.
Preparation: To ensure maximum value, the client agrees to provide any relevant documentation or a brief summary of the issues at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Delivery, Duration, and Rescheduling: The session is strictly limited to 60 minutes and will be conducted remotely (telephone or video call) unless agreed otherwise. Failure to provide 48 hours notice to reschedule, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of the £75 fee.
(Offer B Custom Documentation: 15% Off) Scope: This commission includes: Staff Handbooks, Staff Management Manuals, and Workplace Policies.
Process: Delivery timelines for the Custom Documentation will be mutually agreed upon following receipt of payment and relevant client information.
4. 10% Discount on Subsequent Services
Eligibility & Start Date: New clients who purchase either Offer A or Offer B are eligible for a 10% discount on subsequent services. This 10% discount is limited to one single month per new client. The new HR services agreement must be mutually agreed upon and commence no later than Sunday, March 15, 2026. The 10% discount does not need to be used immediately following the initial purchase/commission.Application: The 10% discount is applied to the total professional fee for services and invoices due/paid within the first month of the contract commencing.
Exclusions: This discount does not apply to the initial purchase price (£75 for Offer A/the 15% discounted price for Offer B), or any disbursements, travel expenses, or other third-party costs. Agreed-upon payment plans outside of paying your immediate invoice when it is due or standard expenses, which are not subject to the discount.
